Room to Grow

Although we hadn't planned to finish the basement in the near future, it's now become our favorite room in the house...maybe because it's the only room in the house:) The first photo shows the windows in the future bedroom down there. It will have lots of natural light.

This photo shows the recreation room. Two French/garden doors will lead out to the patio. It will be a great place to capture the view of the future lake and wildlife while allowing lots of natural light to filter into the basement. We opted for 9' ceilings as well. It is very spacious down there! We know it will soon become a favorite hang out for all our kids and their significant others when they come to visit!
